One of our highly trained technicians will come to your premises to carry out the tests. After testing he will issue a certificate.
This is ideal when the equipment is larger and can not be easily moved or a moderate number of tests need to be carried out. Sampling Services carry out the testing. |

| What is the “Drop In Service” |
|
Sampling Services offer a drop in service where you can visit and have your tests carried out while you wait. This is ideal if the parts are small and/or you only need a few tests carried out. Sampling Services carry out the testing. |

| What is the “Rental Service” |
|
This is ideal when testing may be carried out over several weeks or to a time scale that suits you. It involves renting the equipment without the supervision of a trained operator. Full training is given prior to the hand over of the equipment. |

| Insurance |
|
When renting equipment insurance must be in place prior to the rental. We will provide you with all the information you need. |

| Urgent Requirements |
|
Please contact us with urgent requirements as we can frequently carry out testing with less than 24 hours notice |

| When Can I have the testing done |
|
Please contact us to book an appointment. Bookings are based on equipment being available and customer requirements |

| Can I Extend the Rental Period |

| Payment |
|
Accounts can be set up subject to positive credit checks. Payment is strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
Alternatively payment can be by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. |

| Collection and Delivery |
|
Equipment can be collected. Alternatively we can deliver using an Express courier on a next day service to the UK and many parts of the world. Urgent same day or 9.00am deliveries are also available. |

| Training |
|
Training is necessary on some of the XRF equipment if rental is going to take place. This usually takes up to 4 hours and will be carried out by one of trained technicians. |

| What Happens if the Equipment Breaks down |
|
The equipment is very reliable and not prone to break. If the breakdown is caused by mishandling this will be charged. If the breakdown is faulty equipment then the rental period will only be charged up to the point of breakdown |

| Long Term Rental |

Discounts are available for long term rental |

| Short Term Rental |
|
Short term rental periods are available. However it may be more cost advantageous for you to consider our drop in service or site service |
